Kundan Spaces is a place of greedy and fraud people. The director of Kundan Spaces, Mr. Rakshit Oswal did the deal with me, took the booking amount postdated cheque(PFA) from me and said that unit has gone on hold now. Six days later, his sales representative sends me a WhatsApp message to collect my cheque without stating any reason. After lot of follow-ups, one fine evening, Sales representative head sends me a message of apology and says we have already done the deal with another client. Perhaps, Mr. Rakshit took a cheque from me then showed the cheque to another client to sell same unit at higher price. Cheap business ethics, completely unprofessional, unresponsive & irresponsible behavior. This man wasted my more than 10 days, and only because of him I also missed another deal because of him. He didn’t even show courtesy to give me 5 mins and talk face-to-face. All they would say is "sorry" and sugar-coated pacifying words. Extremely rude people. I am never ever going to suggest Kundan to anyone. If you notice they have responded to only positive remarks. Don’t bother to resolve negative comments.
