Hello guys, I was booked a flat in lakshya height GH-01, B2 sushant golf city Lucknow in November 2009 and company promise me to handover my flat in November 2013 but I didn’t get possession in my flat till now . Whenever I go to there office I don’t know how they manipulate me by giving a next date of completion of project .I have heard from somewhere that almost 15 to 20 legal cases are pending in the company including me . I have complained so many times to the office and the seniors in the office but they didn’t give me any completion date now and talking very abusive and unprofessionally to me . This is the fraud and cheater company in the real state market of Lucknow. I don’t suggest anyone to invest there valuable money in there projects . This company is also doing violation of agreement with the buyers like, making office in parking area, as per agreement all the owner’s are allotted covered parking but due to shortage of money, company is making flat in ground floor also as a result the buyers are allotted open parking .
