Be careful. Sales / builder are unprofessional person. They will demand more money to complete the work. They will give silly reason to postpone the registration date. They will try to prove that u are not making payment as per agreement talk sweetly with u. Once advance is received, they won’t respond, won’t take calls. they will not revert. force you to cancel the agreement
