Before flat registration, land owners are forced to pay 6 to 7 Lakhs(Labor+Material+house) Tax to builder(per the current market sale value. whereas, JV signed is based on Profit sharing calculated 4 years ago & construction should be completed within 18 months) Even after 4 years, the construction is not yet completed & no specific TAX clause addressed in Joint Venture signed-up with the builder.
Since being a middle class we are unable to fight for justice. looking forward for our own flat. we feel like no other go & suppose to bare the value with no sense. In between 4 years the market value is shout up so high. Praise the lord.
