I have been working with Lodha Group Bangalore as a channel partner, but their decision to unfairly reduce agent commissions has been extremely disappointing. Despite our hard work in bringing clients and closing deals, Lodha has cut our commission rates without any prior notice or justification.
Lodha Employees at Bangalore are very rude, with their unprofession behaviours make us not to work with them forever.
This is highly unprofessional and unethical, as agents invest time, effort, and resources to promote their projects. Lodha Group’s lack of transparency and disregard for long-term partnerships makes it difficult to trust them. They prioritize profits over fair business practices, leaving agents with little to no reward for their efforts.
If you are a broker or channel partner, be cautious before working with Lodha—they do not honor commitments and will reduce commissions arbitrarily. Very disappointing experience! ??
