I have booked a flat in Lodha’s Casa Bella Gold at Dombivli having possession date in April 2012. Its been a delay of over 2 years and I still haven’t received my flat. The customer service is pathetic. They have no clue when the flat will be ready. They just keep giving new dates.
Big Mistake investing money with Lodha. There should be stricter laws to handle such delays and protect our investments.
