1)I had paid 54000/- in Lodha Bigbang codename prelaunch as my booking amount in July 2015 by cheque. During booking Lodha executive Mr. Pranjal Tare committed that only 5% of property value is to be paid and remaining payment scheme will start from 2017.
Lodha neither allocated me the preferred flat and asked me to raise the band(Pay approximate 3 lakhs and we will provide you more preference meanwhile due to this unexpected behavior we performed cancellation)Got an allotment which is
However after allotment, I started getting emails for payment, upon repeated enquiries for complete payment schedule I came to know I have to pay approx 20% within 42 days of booking date. This is completely reverse of what was verbally mentioned while taking the booking amount,
2) Lodha executive Pranjal Tare(with third party vendor Mr. Zaa) has promised prize as around 68 lakhs inclusive of all, due to which we have performed booking sales will committing me something with happy smile & they easily forget those commitment(Attaching Call details for references, Voice not enhanced)
3) here is some discrepancy in understanding my issue .since the application itself was committed for some of discounted price(67 k approximate) and with referral benefits. However it has not been followed and not kept the promises that made.
Me there should be discussion regards to case to case and there should be time frame which gives a buyer to think . And it was just a single day
3) Application date is 20th July, so there should be a period which gives buyer to rethink the application right?
Booking date should be always < than Cancellation Date .so I cancelled it on immediate basis after booking when misrepresented came in to my notice.
4)I do not accept Termination Request as, we already send you cancellation requests Multiple times, even intimated through telephone conversations. In spite of repeated cancellation requests send by me for respective allotment done by Lodha Group, why this Repeated Letters being sent to me. Even I had personally visited Lodha office and requested for cancellation in well advance.
Pursuant to the instructions from and on behalf of Lodha is not been considered because it has been told by Lodha group that allotment is in progress. I had been waiting for it for quite a while but no positive response given except some marketing gimmicks.I had requested several times through email and telephonic messages for cancellation but it has being always been dilly delaying the same on one pretext or the other and so far have not paid my 54, 000 rupees amount. That inspite of acknowledging the liability of payment of amount of Rs. 54000. you have been miserably failed to make payment of the said amount which is very important to me this time for immediate family support.
So it’s kind request to Ishwar Reality & Technology to pay ma 54000.or treat this email as information email of moving this matter to consumer court.
