Now my building is almost 15 years old but its condition is very good, they use all best quality materials. They had painted this building with Textured paint which is very long lasting also prevents leakage and hairline cracks.
I had been to the office of Lokhandwala builders for booking of my apartment. Their customer service is also equally good and their construction quality is top notch.
