MC Builders is the most pathetic builder in Bangalore. I have purchased a 3bhk flat at MC Jyothi Enclave 1st A Cross Kaggadasapura CV Raman Nagar. The quality of construction is so bad. There is filth all over the building and still he is demanding maintenance. He has taken huge money from all the flat buyers in the name of amenities, but after 8-9 months of registration also swimming pool, party hall, gym, lift and badminton court is nowhere as he had published and promised in his brochures.
All the labour he had, he has smartly diverted to other projects as from this project all the money he has already sniffed. All his staff is so rude and arrogant, they behave as if they are doing some favour by doing some work after taking all of our earnings.
MC Builders proprietor Mr. Reddy will not listen to the consumer after taking all the money and is least bothered about the project.
