On top of it they didn’t accept the mistake and told us to live with it. In one of the cases one apartment owner had spent 5-6 lakhs for wood work, and one day a leakage in the pipe spoiled all his wood work. Such irresponsible builders should be banned from constructing anything.
Everything is in such a poor state in the apartment complex, security men hired by builder misbehave, amenities does not exist. Still he is demanding maintenance.
