On Paper (https://proview.co.in/gnb.html) Great Northern Bazaar is very good and competitively Priced. You will be tempted to buy for investment / opening business at great location. But please be beware as M R Preview with its agents are coning the investors. First the broker sweet sell you this project by giving fabulous discounts. Then once your earnest money is cashed in, there is no communication.
Then you start contacting broker and M R Proview. People at M R Proview will tell you that they have no broker by that name but they have received application of your from other broker and had informed the broker that the rates are not acceptable. In my case the parking rates are not accepted by M R proview.
As on today (30.05.2012) the M R preview site shows that they are selling open parking, but now that your money is stuck, they will refuse you to sell parking and will force you to buy the expensive basement parking.
Their employees either have no information or are trained to lie. Take in case of Mr Anshul Vashisth (Sales head), will not pick up your phone but will personally call you if he has to cross sell other M R Proview Projects.
Please be beware of the company. Its promoter (PROVIEW) doesn’t have a good reputation in the market, because of these cheating done at organized level.
