No OC even after promising

The builder didn’t  get OC for Brindavan Palms project even though they promised that they will get OC by March 2013.More than 15 months passed after project completion but didn’t get OC. Moreover, lift is pathetic & from 3rd rated vendor; breaks down every hour and every day.Leakage in very flat. Really frustrated and disgusting
