Why dont people check the builder’s review before booking a flat?
Why there is no organisation to keep a check on such builders? And no action being taken against cheap quality work done for high price?
Madhavaram is also one of the cheater builder who just want to sell flat based on a good finished model flat and later you see your own flat at a C grade quality and finish. And then you are not left with any other option.
But I am seriously hurt. I booked one 2bhk flat as a gift to my daughter and her family. I am repenting to gift such a c-grade thing. There is no day when there are no complaints and they keep repairing one or the other stuff that was poorly done by builder.
No quality of either floor, paints, railings.
Anyone can walk in to their ready apartments/flats occupied by other people and can see/enquire the quality to get the reality of quality and work done.
