Do not expect any kind of customer service from them. You will only be harassed.
I bought my first apartment from this builder got worst experience of my lifetime. I was planning to transfer my apartment as I am in emergency and did not get any support from the team instead harassing me to pay 2 lakhs to get the transfer done.
During the agreement they told us transfer charges will be around 50, 000 now taking advantage of my situation forcing us to pay 2 lakhs. All I would say is they don’t stick to their words. Pls take everything in writing from them.
