I hold Cine Singer SP Balasubramanyam & Core Mahidhara Team accountable for their misleading advertisement and false promises. I bought a corner plot of land at 750/Sq Feet, and after nearly 13 years of actively seeking a buyer, there hasn’t been any interest due to its unfavorable location, being situated in an industrial area with the construction of a large godown nearby. It’s been a complete waste of money. Had I invested the same amount in Mutual Funds back in 2013, I would have surely accumulated 60L by 2024 with a 12% return.
