Mahindra lifespaces will call you that they have special offers and take and advance cheque saying they won’t deposit it until you say.
Then they will deposit the money and if you don’t like the project after launch, they will just say the money is in escrow and you can’t get it back before two months. It’s a scam of generating revenues in a fraudulent way.
The sales executives card a damn. They are just behind making a lot of money in the name of a brand which they haven’t even established well.
Please don’t get into their projects with false claims.
