Just a publicity stunt to pull you to office & offer you false promises. They sold me a travel package, they gave me a package at 30000 that’s worth 50000. I paid 5000 advance but no information on my travel dates, it’s been 6 months and I’m begging for refund, scammers nd fraudsters

It will all start with a call from this company saying that you have been selected among many and can come and collect gift as a couple.Once u reach there they will cunninly engage in a 40 mins session explaining about their tours and travel packages which is all a double game to buy their plots. They will try to convince you with sweet words. Wasting a lot of time of yours and repeating the same thing everything to get money from us.Please don’t fall in this trap and please report this scam to the nearest police station.You will surely repent if you will fall in this trapped.BE AWARE GUYS

Hi Especially to Middle-class Families, Your journey starts this way, you will get a call and says that "please reach office and collect some gifts( Glass jug and glasses set, cups set and small silver paper photo) program already stated, as your name got picked up out of many people in the list so we are calling you".Once you go there they will tell us to listen 40min their discussion regarding MLH gardens company purpose. You can see many people sitting in the room each table will have one consultant to explain.They explain about holiday tour package and also at the end they mention to us a plot will be provided as a benefit using this lifetime package which is called Gold Membership and ultimately the amount is equal to the plot amount which you pay as installments later. You feel happy that you get the plot as a benefit with this concept.Here the game starts, they tell us to pay lumps amount to depend on the customer( based on the initial detail we gave) and we will be ready to pay by their convincing words with offers they mention.My Suggestion is they will get an agreement copy signed ( one agreemt copie another one is company aggrement this they show you after bulk amount paid , get this reviewed at start days only before paying) after the payment is done.1.Please read the agreement copy carefully.2.Dont be hurried in paying the amount( 10k to lakhs not refundable as per agreement) , tell them first I visit site location and then take decision.Dont feel you will be missing out on an offer if you leave office without any payment to them, this is all time offer I feel. I have attached the location site pics also for your benefits and understanding.3.WebSite contact numbers will not work so any guarantee that they support us when we go on any tours under Mainland H Gardens. A lot of gimmicks management may do like others and we may also do a lot of follow-ups once we go to any place. Refer to recent reviews posted by someone on tours related.4.If you would like to pay to get some of your conditions signed from them, with all your assumptions.5.Mainly website has not been updated for long, don’t feel like many plots are there I can select anything. Actually, after some amount of payment if you tell them any plots they say sir/madam this is already booked but the website not updated still due to employees not coming bcoz of the corona. Pics of plot owner you can see on some plots in Mainland website also this feels you more interesting. Get clear-cut details like which all plots available currently and at the same time get this written on the agreement paper if in case you are paying the amount on at the same day and time.6.If you see old ventures they show as all booked why don’t they show owner details of the plot as like now it’s showing in a new venture? This is one of the dangerous site/business deal they make hell out of our money and time. They loot every thing and never provide any proper response.

They just need money, till we pay they are very generous and once paid u r literally kept ur legs in a damp sh*t.

they say they vl provide domestic services for tours and when ever called they say no vacany in hotels right now. Or never book any.

Branch Manager(Vimal) who is from Country club is main cheater of all and also Gowthami one of the star looter of money and no moral values after paying money.they treat customers very badly once u r done with payment.
