Recently saw a flat in Maithri Developers. I was impressed. They actually do deliver futuristic designs and have good amenities. Though I found the price to be on the higher side, the project is still good and I am forced to buy.
Plus that project of Maithri Developers is in Town center, that’s impressed me a lot. I will still be looking in the area for other projects. So far Shilpitha Royal is looking very good.
