Hello everyone I hope you all are doing fine my name is Sahil Nanda and I am from New Delhi I would like to tell you about my experience with Malhotra construction which is in Delhi their offices in Rohini and I am telling you about my experience with this. I recently looking for a flat in Rohini Sector 7 and I approached Malhotra construction they show me various flats in Rohini Sector 7 and I book the flat from Malhotra construction on a lease for 2 years.
They have charge a commission of 30000 rupees from me but they also didn’t give me the proper documents as if now and without the documents I cannot take any loan from the bank so I do not suggest to go with Malhotra construction thank you.
