I think the bad reviews are by the same guy who dint get any discounts from the builder.
I am a proud owner of a Arcadiaa property. It is good in quality and finish and the builder has given everything they promised. The project was delayed by 3 or 4 months which was not ok as I had to pay extra EMI but nowadays its gotten worse as some of my friends have still not got their apartments even after 1 year.
There were issues in the beginning but it was created by some of the owners themselves to benefit them and had selfish reasons. Now the association has in- house fighting, politics and is split into 3 groups. Luckily the community is still functioning normally for us.
The builders proposed to take care of the community for 6 months for just 1.50 psft but some of the owners did not accept to pay and eventually the builder had to handover to the association and within a week the association hiked the maintenance to 2.50 per sq ft which is unreasonable. If the builder can maintain for 1.50 why cant the Association?
Recently I called and complained about my toilet flush tank issue and they sent someone the next day. I feel that is a quick response to a complaint. The tiles they put are of good brand and quality finish. The paint and wall finish is also very good compared to others I saw. Over all they are good builders.
I bought my apt for 6200 per sq ft now the rate is 7500 per sq ft which is good and I can easily get rent of 20K
