I am a Senior Civil engineer working for an MNC in Chennai and I know a good construction when I see one, Malles Constructions is one such company. I bought an apartment from them at West Mambalam. Their structural construction was top notch even we don’t do such awesome job. Their over all execution was top notch with good quality materials.
I saw that once they rejected one whole lorry of tiles as they were not good quality. They are very picky when choosing the right colour tiles and fittings and it has been very good in our apartment.
I am happy with my flat and we love it.
