I had invested in MDT 5 yrs back. Till now the apt is not completed and there is huge difference in the demo and the completed one.
There is no NOC and municipality clearance. I wonder how the other people got good returns. I think those self attested reviews are by Manjeera.
The associates Sunil, Ramu do not answer the phone calls made by the customers for any confirmation. They don’t have one process.
I feel it is better to go to other company or private builder than to invest in Manjeera.
