This project was sold to us with lot of promises and all of them are falling apart.
There’s no water - Manjeera has taken money for amenities but most of them are yet to be received. No Manjeera connection
Plagued with Water issues
Worst kind of maintenance - ATC
project is 8 years old and still going on - no sign of completion
Car parking areas infested by snakes and your cars are totally unsafe - with scratches/ thing getting stolen- nill security
Wish I had bought something in some other project which has a better reputation.
I feel cheated.hope you don’t get so.
