posted in this site carried out by Mansani with different names.Who ever is booking plot/house in Mansani, be careful and visit any sites and witness their developments/construction quality.Just visit SUMA PARADISE(Gated community committed by Mansani) and take the feedback from suma paradise residents.This is the only gated community in hyderabad without compound wall/ roads/Drainage/plantation/basic amunities.You will end up with mental tensions/consumer courts by paying atleast 40% additional cost on original cost.
I fully agree with Vinay Mansani constructions, hyderabad is untrustable real estate housing construction company. They talk very smart and polite before booking the house. Their construction quality is very poor. They Construct the house with out proper any permissions from the required authorities.
Later we will end up paying so many penalty fee.They say deliver house in 6 months, but it never happens to any customer. Minimum 2 years they take. If the rates shoot up mean while, then they will ask for additional payments. This is a big chstrong texteating company. Never book house for construction here. Their rates seems to be very competitive, but in the end we will end up paying more than market price for no additional benefit . They really create lots of headache even during construction. They are very good in booking and collecting payments but worst when it come to delivery and construction of the house on time.
