I had lot of positive image of Mantri before dealing with them. After delaying with them they are one of the WORST in service industry I am dealing with.
To list few of them,
No clarity at all, while dealing with the customers
Need to follow up a lot for everything that you want (you are at their mercy)
Marketing people are not responsible for any thing else other than asking for payment
They know only one thing, send payment demand letters on time, though they cant provide you all the legal documents. They know how to put pressure to agree to what they have. Marketing people and Customer care people behave as if they are dealing with some stranger everytime. i am not at all a happy customer. they dont have provision on their website for reporting complaints. They have provision for appreciation.
