My flat was suppose to be delivered by Mantri in Dec-2014 and till date as of March 2016 they don’t confirm me the possession dates. also they violate the agreement terms of construction and dare you to go to court. Guys! I find the local builder is far better in terms of keeping up the reputation.
Unless you are a NRI and want to dump the money. please do not opt Mantri developers as your first Home they will make your dream a nightmare.
