Every one of us are eager to buy a house especially when it is within our budgets. We go for a housing loan and pay the EMI for about 15 to 20 years(thats almost a lifetime).
I happened to book a flat in Marg Swarnabhoomi almost a year back. For financial reasons, I wanted to pull out of this project and wanted to check out the charges that may have to pay to the builder.
I was shocked to hear that I need to pay 15% of the TOTAL property cost. If you flat is costing 10 Lakhs that you need to pay 1.5 Lakhs as penalty for withdrawing from the project.
Just be careful and cautious before booking a flat in Marg. Make sure you know all this before you book a flat.
