Thinking that Marvel is premium name for property, I bought a 2BHK flat in Marvel Azure in 2012. Just after shifting in the new flat in April 2014, I came though the problem of Bathroom Ceiling Leakage. Water actually drips from many points and the bathroom in not in usable condition. I contacted Marvel Customer Care for this issue may times(I should say thousand times) since then. After repeated requests, they did some patchy work last year rather than solving it properly. Dripping water problem is still there and I have to lock one of the bathroom permanently.
Recently, I called the customer care executive(Shreya) and she said that they will not do it & we have to get it done on our own. On question that than why she made us wait for so long to stay in this condition and now do not want to fulfill what is due to them.
She said that(ye upar se aaya he) and on asking(ye upar se kaun he) she said Deepak. And gave his number(7767816540) who never picks up his call.
We are now in dilemma that what we should do now.
