The overall experience in sales office was good and they assured my possession next year and I have studied that in their past projects they have given possession on time, which 99% builders in Mumbai are not able to do.
They also have a very transparent pricing policy and they had completed 50 years in this industry so they offered me a special discount and their all charges were transparently disclosed without and hidden ones, this is what I liked about them and finally went ahead for booking and would recommend this project for genuine property seekers. Kudos to Mayfair Builders.
