I have worked in Meghkrupa Construction- Mumbai on last year as customer care executive. My salary was 9500 INR, I doesn’t get any extra food and travel allowances. The team leaders Mr Neeraj Gupta always forced everyone to make sales and to generate clients for the company, he even abuse all the employees including all the girls if we performs below average. The company used to deduct salary if anyone doesn’t achieved target. Once I have received 5600 INR though I have maintained 100 percent attendance and still due to not achieving target, my salary got deducted badly. The company even stretches their working hours from 9 hrs to 12hrs. Even every Saturday we have to work, and uninformed leave causes salary hold or termination. I had bad experienced so I suggest everyone to select other companies rather than this.
