I am a resident of one of their township in lucknow located near shaheed path. I am having very bad experience with this builder as construction quality is very poor and maintenance charges are very high...whatever promises made are still not fulfilled..no sanctity of their words....builder will not leave any opportunity to extract money from the resident.....builder newer listen the problems of the residents....
