My experience with this property broker Jitender Yadav, Founder of Milestone Realty was very bad.
He is one of the channel partners of AIPL through whom I bought my shop in AIPL Joystreet. He was not at all transparent broker. He did not disclose me about the terms of BBA and conveyance deed of AIPL Joy street. As per BBA and conveyance deed of AIPL they never provide physcial possession to their clients who buy shops or service apartments from AIPL, I came to know about it later.
Jitender Yadav kept hiding this by saying that sir lease kara ke dege AIPL wale so you dont need to worry. He always kept on saying that AIPL is great real estate developer who has a very good brand reputation. he also told me that you will get very good rental, so he lures his clients in the pretext of high rental income, great ROI etc.
He told me that until your unit in not leased you will get assured return from AIPL but later I came to know that AR is only given till OC, so AIPL received OC in September 2020 and stopped paying me Assured return. My unit is not leased from 4 years
he is a master in giving false information about rental, leasing terms, ownership of property, ROI etc.
