This builder have many issues:
They provide substandard quality flats in the Silver Crescent project at Kharadi, Pune.
He has been absconded, still society conveyance deed has not been done since 2 years after complete possession has been done in Silver Crescent society, Pune.
He has provided substandard lifts (omega company), which always stuck while in operation. And spare parts are not available from the market.
Very low quality amenities has been provided in the society, like poor quality roads, at present you can come and see the internal roads.
No proper internal telephone cabling, only just socket you will find the in the flats.
Within 3 years, water pump has broken.
7.Internal flat problems are issue, lot of seepage issues, leakages.
8.After 3 years, he is not responding if we ask any issues which are major changes required.
He created society, and has not provided original documents of society which are important for the society.
Bad quality pipe lines of water.
Please visit Silver crescent society, in Chandan Nagar Kharadi, before buying the flat from this builder.
