Before taking any of mittal brothers flat, please read and take review from their old projects.specially Petals wakad, here the project delayed by 2 yrs.from review from other sources available in net they are nothing but big time cheater with substandard quality construction.
Petals wakad is a classic example.after the core brick work is is done nothing will happen any more to your building . even for finshing and other will take 2 yrs.final possession may delay by 2 yr or more. who evr give good review are thier own employee only.
please think twice before taking any of project of this builder.
there are many better builder than this one so do not waste your hard earning money on thier projects
