It’s a big mistake by taking flat in Petals, Wakad of this builder.
2 years delay in flat handover on committed date
Builder is demanding for additional amount in agreement clause towards if maintenance exhaust.
Not received possession letter since 11 months even though they are with completion letter.
Since 1 year below issues are pending
1) No Parking allotment
2) Not provided Nameplate, letter box
3) Facing hard water issue
4) Amenities are not ready
5) Poor quality of Glass windows/doors. For some flat it has broken before flat handover, having big gap in between doors because of that, insects comes inside easily.
6) Corporation water connection still not started
No fulfillment of issues even after taking so many meetings with builder.
