During first meeting, the company guys said they’ll take care of all services right from design drawing to demolition. Even though we insisted that we’ll take care of that work, they said they are doing this at free of cost as service to their clients.
They charged extra amount in services like getting approval. But due to some issue in getting approval we postponed the project and asked them to refund the amount which we paid for getting approval. But they didn’t pick our calls/respond properly and it took almost more than a year to get our refund.
While doing refund they deducted charges for services which we did not insist but they voluntarily did at free of cost. These guys will not stand by their commitment.
