In March 2022, after searching for a construction company for a long time through Google and YouTube, i decided to start our house construction with them in our plot located in redhills after discussions. They said they can take care everything from approval, construction and everything. So, we started designing, in June they asked for 2lakhs as advance to start the approval process. I transferred the amount in the next day. After waiting for long time, on December 2022 they said that they couldn’t proceed with the approval as our area requires ASI NOC which they haven’t done before. After regular follow ups, On 1st feb2023(yesterday), i got my refund amount after deducting 35000 with the breakup of 25000 as service charge and 10000 for remaining works..., ..........decide urself.
