Don’t get me wrong they’ve properties in decent location with good amenities outside the society. But the problem is in case if you buy a flat with them they will not handover you with Completion Certificate. Moreover they find different different ways to extort money out of you. These guys are literal goons with murder cases to their names. In case if you want to be a tenant in a property, no issues. I’d suggest against buying. Take the Mohini Villa Phase 2 for example, they haven’t received the CC even after so many years of completion. Moreover the quality of material that they use to build the buildings isn’t upto the mark.
