Hii friends, This is Deepak Jangra and I would like to share my personal experience with the N G construction , Delhi.
This review is regarding as my personal experience with these constructors.
I wanted to buy a flat in sector. But I couldn’t decide from where I bought the flat. So I asked from my friend. He suggested me to contact N G CONSTRUCTION.
So I contacted them. I asked from them to see a good flat.
They showed me many flats in rohini sector.
All flats were beautiful.
I bought a flat from them. They demanded a commission of Rs. 30000.
So I gave them rs. 3000.
But they didn’t give me proper paper of my flat. The bank refused to give me loan from the bank.
When I contacted them for my proper paper , they said that your original papers will get you very soon.
But mt don’t get me till now.
So I suggest you friends if you buy a good flat then contact with NG construction but don’t think to get the proper papers of the flat.
