Very disappointed with the current situation at Nandi Citadel. At the time of purchasing the flats all the owners were promised a separate entry and exit roads for the new phase constructed. But now NHPL says whatever mentioned in the sale deed can be changed at any point of time. The old phase people used the entry road of phase 2 as their amenity. They had made the road as a children’s play area and as a walkway. Now the RWA is not ready to give away that road to the newly constructed phase, as they value amenities more than basic necessity. All the amenities are already on Phase 1 end and still they shamelessly fight for this road to be converted to an amenity. NHPL is not helping the new residents and RWA behaves as if they are the dictators.
