Golden Valley Pathetic No development by builder

I bought plot from NBR builders in Golden valley around 6 years back, builder promised that swimming pool and other amenities will be ready within a year.It has been almost 6 years but other then building roads and putting up some swings in small area no development has been made.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback.We have completed all the project developments as we promised like Parks, Internal Road’s, Kids Play area, Mini Forest… etc. except Club House. For Golden Valley we are taking approvals from HNDTA as well (Hosur New Town Development Authority) currently which is under processing, which helps you lot once we get it. Regarding maintenance, as we were committed previously we have maintained it at that time period, for future developments & maintenance you should form an association. If you come with committee members we will make it and will be handed over to you with Club house as well.We are happy if you could share your purchased plot no & name.
