Hi Deepak,Thank you for your valuable feedback,NBR Homes were 10 years old project and sprawled across 11.5 acres. We have fulfilled all committed infrastructure & amenities at that time of marketing (All Round compound walls, Entrance arch, Each Plot water line connection & Sanitary Connection, Rainwater drainage, Park, Metalling roads, etc.) Additionally we have built Over head tank as well, wherein we have not committed elsewhere.NBR Group always stands by its ethics and commitments, this is our strength and weakness.Many of our projects got prestigious awards as well.We always focus while developing plots what customers will benefit in their future. An example of “NBR Homes” already price got appreciated about 3-4 times even more in the future (Ring Road also sanctioned near to “NBR Homes “ which is commencing soon, Shortly NBR Homes receiving Corporation Entry and NBR Group taking approval for HNDTA as well…). When it comes into maintenance, for the first Three Year’s we take care of all, afterwards layout members should form an association and take care of additional developments smoothly for further.We appreciate you, if you could share your purchased PLOT No and registered name.
