I recently went to ND developers / ND Gladstone, met their sales person,
Based on reviews, I asked them Bundle of questions, sales person explained me the whole story about the delay and construction.
Regarding amenities they promised they will deliver within 6 months and ready to mention in agreement as well, then I met mr. Naveen about the pricing and he doesn’t no how to talk to ppl, such a idiot, who doesn’t no anything about the property.
If you ask the time frame for the construction of club house, he keeps on shooting at me.
Such a fool.
Will they complete the club house work?
