It is owned by the same cheater, only the name changed to fool people.In all his past projects, please check with owners. You will find same complaint
Low construction quality
You will not get the promised amenities
Amount taken from customers towards BWSSB connection will be consumed by himself without giving to BWSSB
Lot of issues with documents like Occupancy Certificate, A Khata, BWSSB connection, Betterment charge etc. You will land up paying more than 5lakhs later to get all these documents.
Delay in completion
Unprofessional behaviour from the owner Mr. Durani.
Never ever go for any project of this builder ND Gladstone
