My friends has purchased a plot in Nigama Hilllock in devanhalli and within a few months someone had put a case on some 20 plot owners, whether the claim is legal or not the developers didnt show much interest and told us why do u worry and never gave status.whenever we approach they would say "why don’t u sell the plot to us for less or exchange for a project in Chennai " but never cared to give status.as they wanted to take advantage and buy cheap as customers will panic and sell when there is no case results and updates( that’s their strategy)
Now they have stopped following up on that case and have sent letters from the lawyers directly to the owners.so that they can extract money for the case as they dont wanna follow up anymore.
They are hardcore cheaters.very good when u want a plot but bad when something happens.development work is 3rd quality but make nice presentations and sweet talk.
If you still wanna get jammed then proceed with them.as all their properties are in trouble.
If they insist ask them to take you to Nigama Hilllock in devanhalli and see for yourself, don’t see new projects and decide.
