I approached nigama for the sai ashirwad phase2 by seeing ad in TOI & their site visit was arranged on time with marketing manager who has showed me their completed projects and near by developments.
I was comfortable with quoted price and decided to purchase.once I gone through the reviews in google about them, even I was slightly confused and expressed the same with them.the managing director has given good confidence about the project and documentation and also helped me in getting the loan from IDBI bank with less effort so had a clean transaction and got my site registered on time.and I have been seeing thier progress in developments as well which is ok.
And even recently they are encouraging their clients to construct houses which I hope will give a good appreciation for my property.
