We approached Nigama for Sai Ashirwad-II. They are very prompt in giving us site visit. Their Phase 1 development standard is average.We went to their office for price negotiations. upfront 10% discount given to us. We asked for documentation, they said repeatedly that documents are perfect. The marketing manager is a great story teller, talked lot about their honesty, which might ring alarm bells in your mind that there is honesty issue with them. Whatever I came back home and searched in the google for review. Found lot of bad reviews from their ex-customers.I found a blog where they extensively discussed about Nigama and few other developers. I wanted to paste the link here , but its not supported here.
I created a product on Mouth Shut, India’s premier product review website, so that it helps masses. I request the existing customers of Nigama to write honest reviews and help/save others.
For Sai Ashirwad, I have verified their documents through our trust worthy lawyer. It appears there are no problems with the documentation. One trust is built, these guys are not totally fraud or they learnt lessons from past mistakes. Next step, I saw few other ventures near by. Compared the pricing and development with Sai Ashirwad. I think Sai Ashirwad is priced at higher end and development is average. So I dropped the idea of going with them.
