This is an entirely fake company with no intention of ever delivering on the promise. I’m writing this to warn every one.

I booked an apartment at Chelsea without paying heed to the bad reviews here. No progress in work has happened n they still do not have permission to build. This after more than two years of collecting the booking amount.
Looking to sue the company for refund of money and also penalty. Looking for fellow sufferers.These ppl are shamelessly stealing money inspite of RERA.Shame on nitesh shetty!
