The teams are extremely rude and think customer service is not necessary as they are professional. Such load of crap. The behaviour changes as soon as you pay booking amount, after which their CRM teams get involved. The CRM team behaves as if only you owe payment but they can delay as necessary. Sale agreements and all rules are also only in favour of the builder. All that attitude even when their villas have basic vaastu flaws. Would anyday prefer a builder who respects customers and understands that customers may have questions and requirements especially after theyre paying 2+ cr.
