BIG ZERO ratings. One of the worst builders I’ve ever encountered. They make numerous promises when you’re purchasing the plot, but once you start construction, you’ll encounter all sorts of hurdles. There is no permanent power and water in almost all the phases. Phase 1, 3 and 4 No permanent current from the past 3 years. No permanent water supply. Odion mentioned that they have around 25 to 50 borewells but on the ground reality, no borewell is in working conditions. They charge for everything, at the beginning before registration they take maintenance /infra charges but within a year they start collecting for water. The main problems faced by the residents are mentioned below:

I don’t know how they have taken approvals from BDA & RERA without permanent power and water
Just for name sake gated community, the entire layout is open and securities are always drunk.
If you question the builder or management you will be threatened to throw out of the layout
Landowners pet menace and no one can question them
Its been almost 5 years since residents moved in but no clubhouse or any amenities.
Only Phase-2 has all the luxuries since it has big plots
50% advance and registration after 3 years
Large no of snakes, rats, dogs, cows, pigs. Literally you will be living in a slum so make sure to talk few residents before purchasing the plots.
